Topic: The Internet and Other Addictions.

Firstly, I am gonna write about what is Addiction?
 Addiction is something that takes control of yourself, guiding you into a complicated state in which you fall and get out of control. The addiction makes you not be your but that she sends in you.


Some senteces about the vocabulary from page 9:

1. My niece surfs up to 10 hours every day, she has an addiction.
2. Juan is addicted to drinking alcohol, but he is attending therapy with a support group.
3. I have a friend who is addicted to cockfights, I think the family should meet and look for a strategy to help him.
4. I feel that Ana is depressed by all the alcohol that she took yesterday, now she is thinking about all the problems she had with her husband.
5. In the help group for people with drug problems, I think Uncle David will enhance his addiction.

  1. I wish my father would stop drinking alcohol. (My father drinks alcohol every day).
  • Present Wish.

  1. I wish I were in Amsterdam. ( I am in the Dominican Republic).
  • Past Wishes.
  1. I wish I had gone to the party. ( I was not there because I was working).
  • Past Wishes: Could.
  1. I wish I could have other car. ( I have a car but it's already old).
