Unit I According to the book the addiction is not only to drugs, nowadays there are so many addiction to many things such as video games, internet, computer, cell phones, shopping, sex, etcetera... so many people can't live without cellphone for three days though, but a few others don't know how to use it. It is necesary to look for proffessional help if you feel you are becoming an addicted to something you can get better by looking for proffessional help.
