Unit3,the Bold and the bashful ( Shyness).

Shyness is a feeling  of fear or disconfort caused by many things especially people, this feel inhibit healthy relationship and affect the person's life.

what caused shyness?
Accordrding  to psicologist there are many factors that take place in this codition such as:

  • cultural situations
  • bullying
  • authoritarian parents
  • public humillation
  • low self-esteem
Human's behavior is related to many situation or feelings. Many people think that when a person does not talk looking people's faces  is because that person is lying but, in some cases is not about being laying rather is shyness, people always make misattributions about a person behavior.
