I am going to talk about internet and other addictions which is the first unit and lesson in the north start book listening and speaking third eddition, level eihgt.

first all I want to definate " Addition"

Addiction  is something that someone can,t take control of, can,t manage, I mean he doen,t have power to take control of even though he wants; he wishes he left to smoke

Then let me mention other addictions: somethings like drugs, alcohols and nicotine, sexs, cell phones use, shoppings, travels and others.

There are people who use internet  to surf probably from eight to ten hours a day, sometimes more. So i mean that over seventy hours a week and a round 290 a month. In this case, it i an abuse  and I can consire tnem as addicts, because they spend too much time on internet downloding musics, blogging, checking Face book, Emails address, googling, IM-ing,  whatsapp and others i mean they don,t have time to do anything .

Of course I know and understand that Internet is very important nowadays and is the best way to connect or keep in touch with people but we have to take care to do not be addicted, I mean we have to have a control of useing it.

Afterward this lesson is very important speciallyfor me, because I I didn,t know before if the internet can be an addiction and now i know a lot of things about it, i can say many things of Internet and I can take care of me in order to do not an addict of Internet.
