Spiritual Renewal. Unit 6





Living in a world where evil reings, I think it is important to try to be in contact with God. To be honest I'm not one of those people who are always going to church or reading the bible, because I feel that there are other ways with I can replenish my sould.

Nowadays, people have   hectic lives and they looking for a way of escape of it. Some of them think that fasting is a good one because when they do it, they break dowm their daily routine. They refrain from eating, drinking or doing something that they like  for some days. Some people see this as a sacrifice that make them to be in a closer contact with the divine. On the other hand , people think that fasting fosters a spiritual discipline.


From my point of view , I think that the most important thing for being in touch with God is to have gratitude and humility. Being thankful for waht we are and all the things we have. I believe that we will be judged for how we are acting in earth , what are our actions  are, and the good and bad things we do. To me what is important is not going to church everyday and then talk bad about my neighbour, if not do as prophets made when they were with Jesus Christ, teaching people how to love each other, how to make good thing without waiting for a reward and how to obey God law. Those are the things that make me feel a sense of  well-being.
