SPIRITUAL RENEWAL

 


Spiritual Renewal comes from god. Religions are practiced  by almost 
all  people and avery one has different tradictions. there are many kind of
rligion such as; Judaism, Mormonism, Islam,Catolicism,Evangelicas and so one.

 For being near to god, they have the tradicion of fasting , it is a period of time without 
eating and drinking must of the day. they just pray to god in this activity.

 we can find many ascetic people nowadays, they dont drink alcohol, dont dance ,
they just fallow their religion. Religions also have diferent days for fasting or save 
a day without any activity for example adventist church , they keep saturday , the catholics
keeps sundays, also mormons fast the first sunday of every month. the arabe people fast
in their holy day which is call ¨Ramadan¨.

 Nowadays fasting is neccesary to find your self and to stay near of god. Evangelicals people practice the tradiction of fasting very often.
