Spiritual renewal

It is necessary to renew your soul because if you always do activities, work in your office, in your home and never rest briefly, you can feel stress and feel very bad. You can feel irritable and offend other people without reason, even people you love very much.

    Unit 6: Spiritual Renewal in my case sometimes I fasting for a promise in my life something that I want that God helps me. I fast for a week, in the morning I didn't eat anything except water, for five hours.
