The Bold And The Bashful



In life exist two kind of people , one is the extrovert or bold one and the other kind is reticent or introvert.

The bold people are talkative , they have a lot of friends  and energy, they also enjoy public speaking , they are sociable  and like parties.

A reticent people are killjoy, they prefer the isolation and read a book instead of meeting other people and they prefer to talk by phone and avoid having conversation face to face.

According to one interview with Dr. Zimbardo , the shyness is widespread nowadays and increased to 48% in all amercian. it is due to the culture we have.

shy people have a low self steam, they also have less friends , less sex , they make less money , they have few relationchips skills and they tend to be depress and lonely. 

finally people make missatribution about them and they should find their kindrel soul for being happy so they should find other shy person.
