THE TIPPING POINT








According to one interview to malcolm gladwell about the dramatic decline
in new york city in the past, the sudway was a mess, there were alot of litter and 
graffity  there. Also the crime was a big problem and was rising . Crimininals were 
committing harassment , kidnapping, hijackings and nobady was safe.

 For resolving this problem they work with cops by the turnstile and arresting 
anyone who entered the sudway without paying.

 On the other hand, in this unit we learned also about conectors , mavens , and salesman people. According to gladwell those are the three  kind of people that exist. 

 People who are connectors make a lot of phone calls,  know many people and they are 
relentlessly social. Also mavens are people who have special knoledge. and finally a salesman people are incredible persuasive , they can easly win others over.
