Unit 3 the bold and the bashful. Commentary about the shyness

The dictionary say about the shy that is a reaction of insecurity and shame of a person that can be accompanied by blush and sweat, sometime you can feel inability to do anything.
When someone is shy ,has a insecure reaction and shame in front the contact or presence of others.

Hamburger Regina said that “Is possible to grow and leave shyness back , being aware of their limitations and shedding the unrealistic ideas” .

Is very easy when are you who are giving the suggestion of changes but if you haven't lived the shyness , you don't know the limitations that feel  a shy person , are many opportunities that are lost by fear of being rejected.

When you are shy is hard seize the opportunity, you not be able to come to grips with something simple like  to live.
