In this unit I learned about shyness and it says that shyness is a condition that people create because they think they are being evaluated all the time.
Those kind of people live a bored life as they have low self-esteem and they can not enjoy the sex as a normal person does, also those people are judged in a bad way because sometime people believe that they are aloof.

Vocabulary:

Kindred souls. 
1- My husband and I are kindred souls, we are very similar.

2- My sister is a very extroverted person, she is like the life of the party.
