Unit 6:
Spiritual Renewal
Spiritual renewal means to renew our spirit, and to achieve this we do many things, such as read the Bible, pray, go to church, fast, etc.
A lot of people also refrain from many things to renew their spirit.
Now, after giving a short introduction about the unit, I'm going to write about the vocabulary.
• Prophets
There are some people saying that they are prophets.
• Ascetic
Some religious live an ascetic live.
• Fasting
Fasting is very common in religious people.
• Divine
This is a divine miracle.
• Vibrant
He lives in a vibrant city.
• Hectic
Lately my days have been hectic, I have had too much work.
• Replenish
Readind the Bible is a good way to replenish your soul.
• Well being
My mom always cares about my well being.
• Gratitude
I don't know what to do to show you my gratitude.
• Humility
You have to give an example of humility to your children.
