Today is common that most of the interprises or bussines ,( it doesn't matter if they are known or not) , have surveillance video cameras , and they do this to make their companies more safe and to safeguards the life of the employer and the lives of the employees.

But, what are the advantages and desadvantages of monitoring bussiness ?
