Workplace privacy
Unit 7 talks about the privacy in workplaces. Employers have the right to keep an eye on their employees in order to make sure that they are not wasting time.
As time is money, employers need to be aware of how their employees spend time at work; to be conscious of that employers utilize different methods like: cameras in certain places, hire a supervisor, monitoring their computers and sometimes phone calls, also they block some web sites.
Even though, employers can do all of those things, employees should be aware that they are going to be monitoring at the moment they are hired.

What is an addiction?
Is a process of adding that you cannot control that's out-control. People who are addicted to many websites on the computer or phone wouldn't be without wifi Connection because they understand that they're less than other. They could Not a life without internet even though their social lives are on the internet. They always take pictures to share on: facebook, twitter. Whatsapp, massage etc. They hardly ever have presented with a particular issue, are Not devoting the attention to the relationships, for instance, People who are addicted to the Internet, their problem don't come Out immediately, its come out after a long time. Hardly ever this problem turning in another way.
In my case, I don't enjoy surfing on the internet too much time for doing my homework I perfect to use normal books, not read online. I'm not engaged in the website media. Addicted's life uncomplete because always are looking for something that serves for a fulfillment of their lives.
When people recognize that they have the serious problem with the Internet, themselves decided to visit a specialist such as a psychologist who put together a support group that finds themselves.
