Workplace Privacy
This is an important topic about how employers in many ways invide the employees' privacy.
Employers have the right of supervising work ,but not for invading employees' privacy.
Nowdays we can see not only security cameras on our workplaces, in addition to that they have cameras to monitoring employees, and some workplaces have the internet service limited to certain sites. I think that it could be beneficial to companies to get control over employees' behavior at workplaces in order to manage time and production efficiently, and to take better policies about security. But they must think first in not create an uncomfortable, and invasive work environment.
I want to share this video with all of you , about  employers tracking employees.
Employers are using a range of technologies to monitor their staff’s web-browsing patterns, keystrokes, social media posts and even private messaging apps.


and on the other hand how employees ' use of social media at work affect their productivity.
