Reticient    :  in the life many peopletend to speak a lot  and others are reticient

phobia       :  a public _ speaking phofia, called glossophofia. prevented rhe businessman from                                   deleivering formal prenentation at work to be afraid

Merit        : If people can not explain thier ideas well when they speak, others may assume                       those ideas have no merit value.

In USA     :  a University professor  who stadies shyness, found that  american were not                            talkative, outgoing and extroverted 

Adverse  
                : In china, being shy may not have adverse consequences as it does in some                               countries. In     
                       fact studies have indicated that chinise children who are shy are well                                    acceptedby thier peer  and often  end up in leadershhip roles  cause                                       disavantage

chronicshyness:  shyness that persist from chlihood to adulhood  can have negative                                           conswquence such as low self esterm and lonelyness for a long time.

Condescenting : the mayority of people who have whrite skins have intention to be                                              condescenting, i means they treat others as inferior.

Kindred souls  : My father and I regard each other as kindred souls, because we have  both the same                              characters, i mean we are similar.

Aloof              : in the english class there are student who can not understand the subject                                because they  are aloof, I mean they always are distant.
